It’s been a good year for this fruit,
We have made two gallons of wine, 8 pots of jam, bottled the whole fruit in syrup and yesterday I made curd. Like lemon curd, same colour in fact but not as sharp. This will be eaten with home made meringues at the weekend and maybe some Vanilla Ice cream..
